Beginning Monday, May 13, Carter Branch Library will be open Monday–Friday, 10:00–6:00 (closed Saturday and Sunday). These hours will be in effect until the building maintenance renovation is complete.

Join TAMIS for a free screening of Marie (1985) at Central Cinema (1205 N. Central Street). Sissy Spacek stars as whistle-blower Marie Ragghianti in this dramatized story of the federal investigation of the pardon and parole corruption under Tennessee Governor Ray Blanton. PG-13.
