Program Description

Event Details

Throughout the month of April, we will be displaying Cyanotype flags from Brazil in our meeting room. World Cyanotype Day was begun in 2015 as a way to encourage the practice of making blueprints, one of the simplest and most eco-friendly of all the photographic processes. Thousands of people from all over the world celebrate by offering workshops and making cyanotype flags. Lab Club, a workshop-based art space in Brazil, has graciously allowed us to keep their beautiful flags and showcase them at several places in Knoxville before they return to Brazil.
