Dan DeRidder Paintings Exhibit

November 1-28, come check out the beautiful oil on canvas landscapes in our meeting room! Dan is a Knoxville native who currently resides in South Knoxville. He has worked many jobs including radio sales, newspaper sales, landscaping, carpentry, bar tending, mental health work, house painting, and as a whitewater river guide. He began painting landscapes about eight years ago by following Bob Ross. His style is also influenced by the watercolor artist Jim Gray. Lately he has been attempting to render select photographs into colorful oil landscapes. He is an avid hiker and inveterate mushroom forager. When he’s not in the woods, you will likely find him in his studio.
