Program Description

Event Details

Published in 1948, William Faulkner's Intruder in the Dust is still considered to be a bold and unflinching statement on racism.  Knoxville's own Clarence Brown directed the movie version in 1949. Join Dr. Thomas Haddox, UT Professor of English, in a discussion of this American classic.
