Grab a mindfulness to go kit, where kids, teens, or adults can take a five-pose guide that will change monthly. There will be five poses and five positive affirmations for patrons to take home and do on their own, along with a coloring sheet. There will be no staff instruction.  Please call the Karns Branch Library for details.
