Dr. Nancy Locklin-Sofer, a history professor at Maryville College, will present the case of the Night Marauder, a serial killer who terrorized East Tennessee from 1919 to 1926.  This lecture will include the story of the Night Marauder and a presentation of Dr. Locklin-Sofer's research into this almost forgotten local unsolved mystery.
