Criminal behavior has always fascinated Knoxville's citizens, whether as spectators or participants. Male, female, singly or in groups, someone has always been up to something around here, no matter what time of day or night. Join us downtown for a stroll for stories of those more infamous than famous: cops, robbers, spies, vigilantes, and more.
This tour will take up to 90 minutes and will go in light rain or shine.
