  the power of visual storytelling. Beat the heat and relax with this scre
 ening of the 2025 documentary, The Badwater 135. In the scorching heat of 
 Death Valley, California, 10 ultramarathon runners from around the world c
 onverge to tackle the infamous Badwater 135. Held every July when temperat
 ures reach more than 120°F (48°C), the Badwater 135 ultramarathon goes f
 rom the lowest point in North America to the highest point in the contiguo
 us United States: Mount Whitney. Only 100 runners are selected every year.
  They have 48 hours to cross the finish line. We follow 10 of them in thei
 r journey across Death Valley.Viewers are encouraged to stay after the scr
