 ity of Tennessee, Knoxville. He’s a specialist on modern American histor
 y, and is the author of two books: Red Dead’s History (2024) and Agraria
 n Crossings (2017). He’s now working on a new book project titled Grand 
 Theft America, which also uses another video game franchise to narrate rec
 ent American history. He’s a book lover and a frequent visitor to the Kn
 oxville public library.
