All Over the Page

All Over the Page is a monthly evening book discussion group for adults, with a guest facilitator.

This month we will be discussing, Mary Shelley's Frankenstein. The discussion will be led by Mik Burns.

Frankenstein by Mary Shelley was first published in 1818 and stands as a seminal work in the Gothic and science fiction genres. The novel follows the ambitious scientist Victor Frankenstein, who, driven by a desire to overcome death and unlock the secrets of life, creates a human-like creature

Facilitator Mik Burns - a lifelong storyteller of worlds - found his passion for fantastical worlds through science fiction and fantasy novels. His diverse interests extend to board and tabletop games, LEGO, and the immersive world of comic books, which he credits with teaching him how to read as a kid. His blend of creative hobbies and academic background brings a vibrant and dynamic perspective to his storytelling and love of books.
