Join local author, Tore Olsson, at 2pm for a book talk.

Tore Olsson is a history professor at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He’s a specialist on modern American history, and is the author of two books: Red Dead’s History (2024) and Agrarian Crossings (2017). He’s now working on a new book project titled Grand Theft America, which also uses another video game franchise to narrate recent American history. He’s a book lover and a frequent visitor to the Knoxville public library.
