Summer Library Challenge, May 17–August 7

Aim for the stars, scientists, in our Read City USA summer challenge. Let your imagination soar and your curiosity take flight as you read, play, and investigate to earn prizes. Wind, weather, and wonder await! 

To get started, pick up your 'Sky Above Us' gameboard at any library location now through August 7. Complete fun activities like racing paper airplanes, reading under the stars, and recording the weather. You can also track activities online with Beanstack. 

The 'Sky Above Us' game is part of the Curious Minds 2025 Read City USA challenge.

Summer library challenge participants earn a prize every 5 activities they complete and log on their gameboard or in Beanstack. 

Plus, if you finish 25 activities, you'll earn a bonus completion prize—a color-your-own telescope or sun squirt toy (not pictured).
