The challenge—help provide (amazing) books to children in our community.
Challenge accepted!
Did you find a #BeADolly sign in your yard? Accept the challenge when you make a donation to Dolly Parton's Imagination Library. Next, the fun part. Place your sign in a friend's yard to challenge them to do the same.
Want to #BeADolly?
Start your own challenge! Make a donation to the campaign. Buy 1 sign (or many!) and place in the yards of friends or businesses to encourage them to #BeADolly.
For every $60 you donate, you are providing 36 books to children in Knox County.
Receive a #BeADolly sign with every $60 gift.
$60 = 1 sign
$300 = 5 signs
$600 = 10 signs
When you challenge your friends to donate, you're growing your gift exponentially.
Any gift to Imagination Library is appreciated. Participation in the challenge is optional!
We will send your signs to your preferred library location. Select your library at checkout.
If pickup is not feasible, we can arrange delivery for an additional fee. Email imaglib@knoxlib.org for arrangements.
Maybe your neighbor can! If you can't pass it on, please return it to the nearest branch library. If that's not possible, please contact imaglib@knoxlib.org for pickup.
YES! We appreciate any and all support.
You can give to Imagination Library through the #BeADolly campaign or by sending a check to:
Knox County Imagination Library
500 W. Church Avenue
Knoxville, TN 37902
However, this challenge is your chance to double, triple or even nonuple your gift by challenging others!
For questions, contact Imagination Library at (865) 215-8784 or imaglib@knoxlib.org.
Knox County is proud to carry on Dolly Parton's mission to get as many books in the hands of as many children as possible, inspiring a lifelong love of reading and learning. To carry out the mission of Imagination Library, we need your support.
Your donation stays in Knox County, helping us deliver an age-appropriate book each month to any registered child from birth to age five. Research has shown that this kind of early support is critical to a child's success in school and beyond.
