Daytime Docs is a monthly film series featuring documentaries that bring awareness to diverse perspectives and life experiences through the power of visual storytelling. 

In honor of Women’s History Month and Big Ears Festival, we will be view Sisters with Transistors (2020), the remarkable untold story of electronic music’s female pioneers, who utterly transformed how we produce and listen to music today. The film is narrated by Laurie Anderson, a performer at this year’s Big Ears Festival. bigearsfestival.org  

Viewers are encouraged to stay after the screening to discuss the film.
